Nymorex processes personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where relevant, the EU GDPR.

We collect account details you submit (name, email, phone, country), technical logs (IP, session), and transaction records required to operate the desk. Data is used to authenticate users, communicate account events, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers (email delivery, hosting) process data under contract. Retention follows operational and statutory needs.

You may request access, correction or deletion via support@nymorex.com, subject to legal retention rules.
